Dr. Katharina Bräunlich

Dr. Katharina Bräunlich (f) is postdoctoral researcher for IT Risk Management at the University of Koblenz-Landau, currently working in the project “Strukturwandel des Privaten (Transformations of Privacy)”. She studied Computer Visualistics at the University of Koblenz-Landau (1999-2004) and obtained her Diploma in 2004. Subsequently, she worked on her PhD as a young researcher, partly funded by a scholarship (2005-2007). Her doctoral thesis on safety-critical real-time systems was completed in 2009. Since 2009, Katharina is working as postdoctoral researcher in the field of IT Risk management with a special focus on requirements engineering, e-voting and privacy challenges.
